Qualifications

• Experience or training in restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in wet/humid conditions with cleaners.
• Flexible schedule and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Seat guests and communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete cleaning duties and side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
