Job summary

Daily Grill Concepts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead FOH teams, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold company culture, and report to upper management.

Responsibilities include overseeing shifts, service excellence, staff development, issue resolution, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a full-service restaurant.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to organize shifts and manage staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of FOH under the General Manager.
