You will lead day-to-day service, mentor staff, and drive guest satisfaction while advancing toward a General Manager role within a supportive ownership group that values fresh ideas and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven management in high-volume casual, sports, upscale, or brewery/taproom dining.
• Passion for hospitality and career progression toward GM.
• Strong decision-making, emotional intelligence, and autonomous work ethic.
• Flexible to manage shifting floor volumes and diverse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and floor coverage during peak, high-volume periods.
• Manage employee scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development to foster a positive, cohesive team environment.
• Maintain active floor presence, engaging with guests, supporting service, and stepping in wherever needed across operations.
• Drive operational decisions independently, utilizing Toast POS and OpenTable platforms to streamline daily logistics.
• Adapt communication styles effectively to engage diverse guests, staff, and leadership.
