Jalapeño Tree in Denison, TX is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest service, bar performance, cleanliness, and staff leadership. You will oversee scheduling, training, guest interaction, product quality and service execution, coach FOH staff, manage bar costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive performance through shift leadership.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years as an FOH Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage FOH operations, scheduling, and bar service
• Skilled in coaching, development, and performance feedback
• Proficient in POS systems and restaurant software (e.g., Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat)
• Strong organizational, time management, and guest satisfaction focus
• Able to uphold a clean, professional, inclusive work environment
