Jalapeño Tree is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, emphasizing guest service, bar performance, cleanliness, and staff leadership. You will drive a positive dining experience reflecting Crazy Good Mexican Food™.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, guest interaction, product quality, and service execution, with coaching of FOH staff and oversight of health and safety standards. Position requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years as an FOH Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and restaurant software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with emphasis on guest service, bar performance, cleanliness, and staff leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, training, guest interaction, product quality, and service execution.
• Coach FOH team members, manage bar and beverage cost controls, ensure health & safety standards, and drive performance through shift leadership.
