NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a high-volume, full-service Polished Casual concept in Florida. You will own daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a team that delivers excellence on every shift.

Lead front and back of house, coach and develop hourly staff, and ensure top-quality food, safety, and service. This role requires flexible nights, weekends, and holidays and offers strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a full-service restaurant.
• Comfortable leading in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and inventory.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front and back of house operations.
