Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an upscale General Manager to lead the front-of-house in a high-volume, guest-first restaurant group. This culture-setting role demands on-the-floor leadership, mentoring teams, and a passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

You will drive service excellence, manage staff development, and collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Hospitality leader who leads on the floor and puts guests and people first.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop teams.
• Experience with P&L, labor management, and cost controls.
• Food safety certification required; hospitality or culinary degree is a plus.
