Job summary

You will hire and train FOH team, manage schedules, handle guest concerns, oversee reservations and seating, and ensure health and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop FOH staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and set service goals.
• Coach, evaluate, and discipline team members as needed.
• Ensure attentive, professional, and personalized guest service.
• Monitor dining room flow, cleanliness, and service timing.
• Oversee opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with BOH to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating strategy.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage labor costs and scheduling considerations.
• Oversee cash handling, comps, voids, refunds, and POS accuracy.
• Track sales performance and support revenue initiatives.
• Monitor FOH supplies and reorder as needed.
• Uphold brand standards and service protocols.
