Spinato's Pizzeria in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Front of House Lead to guide the FOH team, maintain service standards, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.

The Front of House Lead is a hands-on leader who supports the Manager on Duty by guiding the FOH team, reinforcing expectations, and helping operations run smoothly during service. Qualifications

• Prior FOH or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse team.
• Current Food Handler Certification.
• AZ Alcohol Certification (required or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to always deliver exceptional guest service.
• Support the Manager on Duty with shift execution and team communication.
• Assist with coordinating FOH positions including hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.
• Ensure proper table flow, wait list management, and accurate wait times.
• Help train, coach, and support FOH team members during shifts.
• Step in to assist during high-volume periods and bottlenecks.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas.
• Reinforce Spinato's policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
