Spinato's in CENTRAL PHOENIX, AZ is seeking a Front of House Lead to guide the FOH team, uphold service standards, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

The role is a hands-on leadership position, supporting the Manager on Duty, coordinating hosts, bussers, servers, and bartenders, and maintaining smooth operations during service with a calm, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Previous FOH or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse team.
• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• AZ Alcohol Certification (required or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to always deliver exceptional guest service.
• Support the Manager on Duty with shift execution and team communication.
• Assist with coordinating FOH positions including hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.
• Ensure proper table flow, wait list management, and accurate wait times.
• Help train, coach, and support FOH team members during shifts.
• Step in to assist during high-volume periods and bottlenecks.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas.
• Reinforce Spinato's policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
