Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria is seeking a Front of House Lead in Arizona to guide the FOH team during shifts, ensure smooth service, and maintain Spinato’s high standards. You will support the Manager on Duty with execution, balance guests, and manage hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring calm, organized problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have FOH leadership experience, excellent communication, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous FOH or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse team.
• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• AZ Alcohol Certification (required or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to always deliver exceptional guest service.
• Support the Manager on Duty with shift execution and team communication.
• Assist with coordinating FOH positions including hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.
• Ensure proper table flow, wait list management, and accurate wait times.
• Help train, coach, and support FOH team members during shifts.
• Step in to assist during high-volume periods and bottlenecks.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas.
• Reinforce Spinato’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
