Spinato’s Pizzeria is seeking a Heart of House Lead in Glendale, AZ to drive quality and efficiency in the kitchen. You will support the Manager on Duty, guide HOH staff, and ensure smooth shift operations while upholding Spinato’s standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current Food Handler Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to consistently deliver high-quality food that meets Spinato’s standards.
• Support the Manager on Duty with kitchen operations and shift execution.
• Assist with coordinating HOH positions including prep, pizza line, sauté, and expo.
• Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Help train, coach, and support HOH team members during shifts.
• Monitor ticket times and ensure efficient kitchen flow during high-volume periods
• Step in to assist with food preparation and line support during peak times.
• Communicate effectively with FOH to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
• Reinforce Spinato’s policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environment.
