Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an FOH Hourly Manager to lead by example, develop great people, and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This hands‑on role requires on‑the‑floor leadership and a focus on standards that elevate the guest journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front‑of‑house or restaurant leadership experience.
• Cash‑handling and POS experience.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop hourly team members into future leaders.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification, Title 4 Alcohol certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable, organized, and accountable.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand and move for the full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

THE ROLE

As an FOH Hourly Manager, you will:

• Lead FOH shifts and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Coach, train, and develop FOH team members
• Create a welcoming, exceptional guest experience
• Maintain service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Monitor guest flow, line management, and overall shift execution
• Assist with opening, closing, and labor management
• Address guest and team concerns with professionalism and urgency

This is a hands‑on leadership role. Our managers work alongside their teams, stay engaged on the floor, and set the standard through their actions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of front‑of‑house or restaurant leadership experience; high volume or fast‑casual experience strongly preferred.
• Cash‑handling and POS experience
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop hourly team members into future leaders.
