Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, NC is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Front-of-House Manager to oversee daily operations of the dining rooms and clubhouse events. The role requires leadership, cost control, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in F&B management, strong team leadership, and knowledge of food safety regulations. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support club functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management
• Open availability to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department and dining areas
• Manage inventory, costs, and reports from POS systems
• Recruit, train, and supervise service staff
• Coordinate with the events department for private events and catering
• Ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests
