We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our esteemed members and guests.**Job Overview:** We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in managing high-end food and beverage operations, and the ability to enhance the overall dining experience at our club.**Responsibilities:**1. **Operational Management:** * Oversight of day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service. * Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the dining areas and meeting rooms of the clubhouse during assigned shifts. * Assures the correct appearance, cleanliness and proper set-up of the dining rooms and clubhouse. * Produces daily/meal period sales analyses and other reports from POS used in the ala carte dining rooms when needed. * Manage inventory, control costs, and recognize patterns. * Provides appropriate reports concerning employee hours, schedules, pay rates, job changes, tips, etc. * Develops and implements an on-going marketing program to increase F&B participation and revenue.2. **Staff Leadership and Development:** * Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising a talented team of service staff. * Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.3. **Member Satisfaction:** * Ensure an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. * Respond promptly to member feedback and address any concerns or issues. * Managing the dining room each shift to ensure service is meeting all standards.4. **Event Coordination:** * Collaborate with the event department to assist with executing flawless private events, weddings, and club functions when needed. * Help ensure all catering services align with the club's standards of excellence when needed.**Qualifications:*** Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a high-end hospitality setting.* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and ABC laws.* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.**Education and Experience:*** Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field not required but preferred.* 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management.**Availability:*** Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays.**Benefits:*** Excellent salary and benefits package* Complimentary golf privileges and employee discounts on apparel and food* Paid time off* 401K* Health benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision, FSA*Come join the BEST hospitality team in Wilmington!
