Carmel Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the Director of F&B Operations in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. The role focuses on service standards, cost control, staff training, scheduling, and maintaining a high-performing dining team in a members-only environment.

Evening, holiday, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years working in a Food & Beverage environment with a strong track record of progression.
• Entry level wine knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Communicate daily with the Director of F&B Operations to ensure a coordinated effort in providing a quality experience for members and guests.
• Ensure compliance with standards in guest satisfaction, food & beverage cost, labor cost, safety, sanitation and product preparation.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing of prospective team members.
• Attend operational meetings and complete daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll duties.
