Job summary

Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts in Vienna, VA is seeking a Nightly Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee bar operations and ensure readiness for every performance.

You will manage nightly staff schedules, train team members, handle POS transactions, and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain top sanitation and service standards. This on-site role requires 21+ and ability to work weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work quickly and independently.
• Must complete Virginia Alcohol Server Training or ServSafe within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly FOH operations and bar readiness.
• Manage staffing assignments and train staff.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures and inventory controls.
• Handle orders and payments via POS system.
• Assist with serving drinks and event turnover.
• Ensure sanitation and health standards are met.
• Address customer service concerns and coordinate with chef/kitchen staff.
• Support inventory counts and deposits.
