Qualifications

• Must have FOH and bar management experience in a full-service or high-volume environment.
• Strong background with bourbon and whiskey programs.
• Experience training staff on spirits knowledge, cocktails, and upselling.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Comfortable handling guest feedback and service recovery.
• Hands-on leadership style with floor presence during peak service.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and compliance.

Responsibilities
