Job summary

The Wiseguy Lounge in Nashville is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft high-quality cocktails and guide guests through premium bourbon selections. You will maintain a clean, organized bar, greet and engage guests, and support a fast-paced service environment in a historic, sophisticated setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the bar, handling transactions, placing orders for supplies, and collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide best and highest quality craft cocktails to guests.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of bourbon and assist customers in selections.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to every guest.
• TIPS or SERVSafe certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar while monitoring guests and ensuring safety.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Submit orders for liquor, beer, and bar supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Maintain the bar clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Prepare garnishes ahead of opening and manage bar display.
