Preferred Mortgage Services, LLC (PMSI) is seeking an experienced Investor Reporting Manager to lead the FNMA Investor Reporting Team and drive accurate, compliant reporting for lenders and clients. The role emphasizes hands-on reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement within mortgage servicing workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, Excel, and client communication skills, with deep FNMA knowledge to resolve issues and enhance controls across loan and pool level reporting.

Qualifications

Hands-on FNMA Investor Reporting experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Finance/Economics/Business or related field.
Experience leading a reporting team and interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the FNMA Investor Reporting Team and oversee reporting, remitting, reconciliation, and research.
Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with investor requirements.
Develop team skills, coach staff, and drive process improvements.
Serve as a point of contact for clients on investor reporting matters.
Identify root causes, strengthen controls, and automate workflows where possible.
