Preferred Mortgage Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Investor Reporting Manager in Henderson, NV to lead the FNMA Investor Reporting Team. This onsite role requires hands-on FNMA Investor Reporting experience and a focus on accuracy, remittance, and client coordination.

The position leads a team to resolve complex cash and reporting issues, improve processes, and provide strategic solutions to clients and leadership. Hybrid schedule with onsite Monday-Thursday and work-from-home Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Mortgage banking or mortgage servicing experience.
• Hands-on FNMA Investor Reporting experience.
• Experience with ICE MSP or similar servicing platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FNMA Investor Reporting Team and oversee reporting, remittance, reconciliation, and remediation.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with investor requirements.
• Research and resolve cash, reporting, and reconciliation exceptions; identify root causes and strengthen controls.
• Coach and mentor team members; identify training opportunities and drive knowledge in mortgage servicing.
• Serve as a primary liaison for clients and leadership; manage escalations and provide actionable solutions.
• Improve workflows and controls; partner with Operations, Business Analysts, Developers, and leadership to automate processes.

• Preferred Mortgage Services, LLC (PMSI) is looking for an experienced Investor Reporting Manager with strong, hands on Fannie Mae (FNMA) Investor Reporting experience.

• Hands on FNMA Investor Reporting experience is required.

What You'll Do

Lead the FNMA Investor Reporting Team

• Oversee FNMA Investor Reporting activities including reporting, remitting, reconciliation, research, root cause identification, resolution, and remediation at both the loan and pool level.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with investor requirements.

Solve Complex Problems

• Lead the research and resolution of cash, reporting, and reconciliation exceptions. Identify root causes, strengthen controls, and help prevent recurring issues.

Develop Your Team

• Coach and mentor team members, identify training opportunities, set clear expectations, and help employees build their technical knowledge and mortgage servicing expertise.

Partner with Clients and Leadership

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and investor related matters. Manage escalations, communicate issues clearly, and provide thoughtful solutions and action plans.

Make Processes Better

• Look for opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen quality controls, standardize processes, and increase automation.
• You'll work closely with Operations, Business Analysts, Developers, and leadership to turn ideas into practical improvements.

What We're Looking For

FNMA experience is a must. You should have hands-on experience with Fannie Mae Investor Reporting and understand the reporting and remitting lifecycle.

We're also looking for:

• Significant mortgage servicing and Investor Reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of FNMA servicing and Investor Reporting requirements
• Leadership, supervisory, or team development experience
• Strong reconciliation, research, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ICE MSP or a similar servicing system
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience improving processes, controls, and workflows

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Mortgage banking or mortgage servicing experience
• Hands on FNMA Investor Reporting experience
• Experience with ICE MSP or a comparable servicing platform

Preferred

• 8+ years of Investor Reporting experience
• Previous senior, lead, supervisory, or management experience
• Advanced degree
• Experience with automation or process improvement
