KBR in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support international defense programs through all phases of the FMS lifecycle. You will work with government stakeholders, program offices, and international partners to develop case documentation, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing LOAs/LORs, P&A, and technical evaluations; maintaining schedules and delivering program updates.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience; or High School Diploma with 13+ years of related experience.
• Experience with FMS case management, development, or execution.
• Experience supporting a U.S. Government Project Office or Security Assistance management.
• Knowledge of AR 12-1 and Foreign Military Sales regulations and policies.
• Experience developing LOAs, LORs, P&A, or related Security Assistance documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support execution of FMS programs from Pre-LOR activities through final case closure.
• Develop and coordinate LOAs, LORs, P&A packages, and technical evaluations.
• Monitor FMS case status and provide programmatic updates and reports to leadership.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and tracking for milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with government agencies, program offices, and international stakeholders.
• Support acquisition planning for international program requirements.
