Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related government functions.
• Experience with planning, programming, budgeting and execution for defense/government programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, programming, budgeting, and financial management activities for assigned programs throughout all lifecycle phases.
• Analyze program execution data, funding requirements, obligations, and expenditures to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in the development, review, and justification of budget submissions, forecasts, and program funding documentation.
• Support acquisition planning activities, contract execution monitoring, and coordination of procurement-related actions.
• Prepare reports, briefings, financial analyses, and status updates for program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Track program milestones, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocations to support successful program execution.
• Support development and review of POM, PBG, and related planning documents.
• Evaluate program performance metrics and identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.
