Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Foreign Military Sales or related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Helping define customer requirements and develop FMS cases.
• Preparing and maintaining FMS documentation and case packages.
• Tracking funding, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Coordinating repair programs and return of equipment.
• Managing requests and procurement of replacement parts.
• Assisting with briefings, reviews, and status reporting.
• Responding to action items, data calls, and management requests.
• Coordinating visits by foreign military personnel and delegations.
• Drafting and processing official military correspondence.

Skills

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience

Program management or project coordination experience

Government financial management knowledge

Logistics and supply chain experience

Strong written communication and correspondence skills

Experience with military or government organizations
