Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program management experience in a product office.
• Knowledge of FMS systems including DSAMS and GFEBS.
• Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to travel periodically, up to week-long trips.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide international program support to the program manager.
• Respond to Letters of Request (LORs) and supply RFIs, P&A, LOAs data.
• Track program status and schedules, apply financial planning policies.
• Perform program management, technical, and business case analyses.
• Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and boards; prep presentations.
