Qualifications

• Active US Government Security Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline; or six additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Six years of logistical experience are required.
• Experience with FMS case management and governing regulations, policies, and systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support and recommendations for Army FMS systems and data integration.
• Research and analyze defense articles, training, and services for the FMS customer; report impacts on O&S, availability, and total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate administrative, facilities, communications, transportation support for engagements with US and foreign government representatives.
• Analyze FMS defense articles and services to meet international security requirements, aiming for Total Package Approach and risk reduction.
• Oversee development and monitoring of FMS cases, including implementation, execution, and closure.
• Provide status on line-item, delivery, and transportation; develop briefings and long-range goals.
• Research, gather, analyze, and prepare reports and briefings on FMS programs.
• Monitor cases to ensure cost, schedule, and performance compliance.
• Participate in program management reviews and case reviews.
