Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support planning, coordination, and execution of international defense programs in Huntsville, Alabama. The role covers the entire FMS lifecycle from Pre-LOR activities through case closure and requires coordination with government stakeholders and international partners.

The successful candidate will work with security programs, maintain schedules, prepare briefings, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 13+ years of experience.
• Experience with foreign military sales (FMS) case management, development, or execution.
• Experience with U.S. Government Project Offices or Security Assistance management.
• Knowledge of AR 12-1 and FMS regulations, directives, and policies.
• Experience developing LOAs, LORs, P&A activities, or Security Assistance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support FMS programs from Pre-LOR activities through final case closure.
• Develop and coordinate LOA, LOR, P&A packages, and technical evaluations.
• Monitor FMS case status and provide programmatic updates and execution reports.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and tracking to monitor performance.
• Coordinate with government agencies, program offices, and international stakeholders.
• Support acquisition planning for international program requirements.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Ensure compliance with Security Assistance regulations and policies.
• Analyze program data to identify issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
