Job summary

Intrepid, a Huntsville-based defense contractor, seeks a seasoned program management professional to support international programs on-site. You will draft SOWs/CRPs, monitor schedules, analyze budgets, and present findings to leadership.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and 3–10 years in FMS program management, with proficiency in DSAMS, GFEBS, and MS Project. Travel may be required to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and residency in Huntsville, AL area or willingness to relocate.
• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–10 years of applicable FMS program management experience.
• Knowledge of FMS systems including DSAMS and GFEBS.
• Experience drafting SOWs and CRPs; proficiency with MS Office including MS Project.
• Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to travel periodically, possibly up to a week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide international program support to the program manager.
• Respond to Letters of Request (LORs) and prepare RFIs, P&As, and LOAs data.
• Develop statements of work (SOWs) and Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs).
• Track program status and schedules, applying relevant policies for financial planning.
• Conduct program, technical, and business case analyses.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and boards.
• Draft presentations to communicate analysis results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
