Job summary

PROJECTXYZ is seeking a CCM Contract Support for 2026-27 to support price and availability data, billing, and contract closeout across international and domestic programs.

The role requires a US government security clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (or six years of related experience), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong oral and written communication is essential for coordination with program and finance teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with obtaining information in support of the Price and Availability (P&A) data.
  • Assist with reviewing shipped/unbilled reports for major item shipments; verify shipping information, compute delivery prices, review LOAs for price, quantity, and transport costs, and initiate delivery reports.
  • Assist with the initiation of monthly delivery reporting for service requisitions.
  • Assist with closing case lines determined to be logistically/service complete.
  • Assist with pulling funding authorization documents to issue obligation authority to LCMCs from the Program Budget Accounting System (PBAS).
  • Assist with determining billing prices and inputting delivery reports into CISIL.
  • Assist with providing financial support on LOAs, PMRs, FMRs, pricing, and case execution.
  • Assist with reconciling financial data and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
  • Assist with reviewing obligations and validating Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) quarterly.

CCM Contract Support – 2026-27

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):
  • Assist with obtaining information in support of the Price and Availability (P&A) data.
  • Assist with reviewing shipped/unbilled reports for major item shipments; verify shipping information and compute delivery prices; review Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) for articles/services, price, quantity, and transportation costs; and initiate delivery reports.
  • Assist with the initiation of monthly delivery reporting for service requisitions.
  • Assist with closing case lines determined to be logistically/service complete.
  • Assist with pulling funding authorization documents to issue obligation authority to Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs) from the Program Budget Accounting System (PBAS).
  • Assist with determining billing prices and inputting delivery reports into the Centralized Integrated System – International Logistics (CISIL).
  • Assist with providing financial support on Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Program and Financial Management Reviews, pricing, and case execution.
  • Assist with reconciling financial data in various systems and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Assist with reviewing obligations and validating Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) quarterly.
  • Assist with certifying and closing case lines determined to be logistically supply/service complete, including case lines for participating and nonparticipating countries in the accelerated case closeout procedures.
  • Assist with validating total FMS obligations on contracts and recording missing obligations in the accounting system; provide the status of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) to the Central Case Manager (CCM) at closure; and reconcile and close out contracts.
  • Assist with providing support for various meetings, including but not limited to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), and Case Management Reviews (CMRs). Support includes, but is not limited to, gathering and analyzing information on programmatic, logistical, and financial issues.
  • Assist with providing support for basic Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), LOA modifications, and amendments from the USASAC CCMs and CPMs; validate FMS contract obligations for the country, case, and lines applicable to the financial review; and close lines applicable to the financial review that are supply/service complete.
  • Provide updated status/shipment reports on a predetermined schedule.
  • Analyze and prepare Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Arrangement (CLSSA) data; prepare Initial Support Lists (ISLs) and Renegotiation Lists; monitor active CLSSA programs according to current business rules; and interface with the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) to resolve CLSSA questions related to potential and active programs.
  • Provide input to the USASAC Case Closure System, including analyzing and recommending coding cases for closure, updating the applicable database, and preparing closure summary reports and metrics. Develop financial information to identify issues associated with the case closure process.
  • Provide analytical and other support associated with tracking, reporting, and managing Repair and Return (R&R) repairs, both Commercial and Organic, throughout their life cycle.
  • Assist with providing programmatic, technical, and administrative support to USASAC in executing the Simplified Nonstandard Acquisition Program (SNAP) in support of Foreign Partner requirements.
  • Assist with providing case management, logistics coordination, and administrative support to USASAC in executing Repair and Return (R&R) requirements.
  • Research and provide recommendations for Government responses to internal and external inquiries regarding FMS defense articles, training, services, and associated support.
  • Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) activities include obtaining information required to assist international partners in selecting defense articles, training, and services that will build partner capacity while also supporting U.S. acquisition and international security objectives. These pre-LOR activities include meetings, briefings, and, when necessary, efforts required to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Track FMS defense articles, training, and services from the time of case implementation through receipt of assets, training, and services in country.
  • Assist with reviewing basic Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), amendments, and modifications to ensure packages include all relevant information.
Qualifications:
  • An Active US Government Security Clearance
  • Minimum/General Experience: Six years of logistical experience is required with task related technical experience. Experience in either logistic support planning, material fielding, or sustainment support for systems, major end items, supply, or maintenance organization required.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in such disciplines as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Contract Management, Business Law, Economics, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Liberal Arts, Education, or other related technical, or professional disciplines.
  • In lieu of a degree, six additional years of related experience is required.
  • Prior experience with Army Logistic systems is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with FMS is desirable.
  • Must have working, demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Applicants must possess excellent oral and written skills.
