Job summary

Sigmatech in Huntsville, AL seeks a seasoned professional to provide financial and logistical support to the Country Program Management (CPM) and Central Case Management (CCM) teams. You will assist in developing, administering and overseeing Foreign Military Sales LOAs and coordinate with Army supply systems.

The role requires strong knowledge of FMS logistics, procurement, and communication with USASAC, SCOs and SA entities; you will support pre-LOR activities and ensure alignment with AMC/DOD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8–10 years of FMS/Logistics experience.
• Knowledge of US Army supply systems and FMS processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and logistical support to the CPM and CCM in the development, administration and execution of FMS LOAs.
• Research and analyze LOAs and determine logistical, contract awards, financial, supply and shipment status through the U.S. Army's supply systems.
• Support the CPM in working with USASAC, SCOs and other SA-related entities within the SA Enterprise; advise and assist SCOs on Army Security Assistance matters.
• Promote a closer working relationship with the customer and ensure USASAC alignment with AMC/DOD priorities; possess basic SCIP knowledge.
• Determine status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delays, stock number changes, shipment status, and financial status.

• Provide financial and logistical support to the CPM and Central Case Management (CCM) team in the development and administering and overseeing the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).

Research and analyze LOAs and determine the logistical, contract awards, financial, supply and shipment status through the U.S. Army's supply systems.

Support the CPM in working with the USASAC, Security Cooperation Offices (SCOs) and other Security Assistance (SA) related entities within the SA Enterprise. Provides advice and assistance to SCOs on all Army related Security Assistance matters and assists in the pre-LOR requirements determination process. Supports meetings representing USASAC when it is not possible or feasible for the Country Program Manager or Country Case Manager to attend. Promotes a closer working relationship with the customer and ensures USASAC is in alignment with AMC/DOD priorities. Possess basic knowledge of the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).

Determine the status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delay for a specific reason, rejection of requisition for a specified cause, changes in stock number, changes in unit of issue and/or quantity, referral of requisition to another DoD supply source, delay in delivery, acknowledgement of cancellation requests, shipment status, etc., and financial status.

Required Experience

A Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of related FMS and/or Logistics experience.

Preferred is skills demonstrate a knowledge of logistics, technical competence, and communications skills, both orally and in writing.
