FMS Configuration Management Program Analyst

We are seeking a FMS Configuration Management Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide configuration management Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS Team.

Supports the efforts of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs. Assists in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), and applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. A Secret clearance is required for this position; security clearance level obtainable after assignment is acceptable. The contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.

Duties:

• Provide Configuration Management (CM) support for developmental projects, including version control of hardware, software, and missile versions.
• Review CM policy documentation for consistency with modification, upgrade, safety, and installation program requirements for the Tomahawk Weapon System.
• Analyze draft ECPs and technical comments for CCB review.

Required Experience:

• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Journeyman level typically performs all duties independently.

Required Education:

• AA/AS degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.

Allowable Substitution:

• Three years of additional relevant work experience may substitute for an Associate’s Degree.
• Six years of additional relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with weapon systems acquisition and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of DoD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS.
• Experience in identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to LOA, P&A, RFI, RFP.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
