We are currently seeking a FMS Program Management Analyst to support our PAX River, MD customer. The successful candidate will serve as a Deputy Case Manager supporting the PMA-209 Air Combat Electronics International Program. Responsibilities include FMS case execution, sustainment, support elements, including cost, schedule, and performance. The incumbent will prepare and brief FMS partners at Program Management Reviews, Program Manager/Principal Deputy Program Manager, and other IPTs within NAVAIR and SSCO. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer's FMS case
• Travel for domestic and international meetings; work in a fast-paced environment
• Apply knowledge of FMS policies and procedures to case execution
• Track, status, and update program action items and risks
• Develop customer-driven milestone charts and participate in master schedule development
• Assist with developing solutions for unique customer requirements
• Develop technical and financial responses to requests for P&A data, letters of request, and case modifications
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary IPTs to address customer requests and prepare program briefs

Education and Experience Requirements

• BA/BS in Program Management, Technical, or Business Analysis; or
• Six additional years of relevant work experience for non-degreed candidates or AA plus four years of experience
• 3-10 years of relevant experience, capable of performing all duties independently
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements
