Program Analyst

Location: REMOTE

MUST HAVE:

1. Active Secret Clearance
2. Experienced Program Analyst with 10 years supporting IT systems
3. Command, control, sensor, and communications systems experience, including command and control systems based on the COE; vessel integrated sensory systems (e.g., radar, AID direction finders, electro-optical/infra-red, IFF, ESM; TEMPEST practices; HF, VHF, UHF, MILSATCOM, COMSATCOM, and network communications; communications integration systems; EMI analysis and mitigation techniques)
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills
5. Experience reviewing government systems acquisition documents, developing statements of work, managing requirements, and writing reports
6. PMP certification
7. Bachelor's Degree

DUTIES:

1. Support the Program Management Office in providing Integrated C5I Systems Acquisition and Technical Authority Support for C5I Acquisition Programs across surface, air, and shore assets
2. Review and analyze C5I operational and functional requirements
3. Review and analyze C5I Operational, System, and Technical Architectures
4. Support acquisition-related technical IPTs and WGs, and prepare Determinations and Findings documentation to standardize C5I systems and components
5. Coordinate Configuration Management activities and serve as the BOD-AIB central POC for C5I engineering change requests and proposals
6. Review and analyze C5I change requests and proposals, preparing responses for government PMO review
7. Provide administrative support for government PMO meetings, including preparation, distribution, follow-up, and documentation of minutes
