IT Program Analyst (Contractor) – Security Awareness (Remote)

We’re looking for an IT Program Analyst to join the Enterprise Mobility Security Awareness team within our IT Communications group . In this role, you’ll support and help grow our phishing awareness and cybersecurity education program , working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive behavioral change and reduce cyber risk across the organization.

You’ll manage phishing simulations, create reporting for senior leaders (CISO, CIO, CEO), analyze metrics, and ensure compliance with industry standards — all while staying on top of trends in security awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage phishing awareness campaigns and third-party vendor relationships
• Analyze phishing data, identify trends, and create executive-friendly visual reports
• Support the operational execution of security awareness programs
• Present data and program updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Track and improve program metrics to reduce cyber risk and influence behavior
• Represent the team in internal and vendor meetings
• Stay current on security awareness and phishing trends
• Assist with process automation and continuous improvement
• Evaluate vendor tools / materials and contribute to vendor selection
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and status updates for program milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in IT Security Awareness or a related field
• Experience running or supporting a phishing or cybersecurity awareness program
• Proficient in Excel , including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP (or equivalent) , pivot tables, graph creation, and basic macros
• Strong skills in data storytelling , reporting , and executive presentations
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT practices
• Experience managing projects and cross-functional communication
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity , IT , or related field
• Experience managing vendors or working with statements of work (SOWs)
• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO), compliance, or training regulations
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau , or similar data visualization tools
• Background in process automation or continuous improvement
• Strong interest in cybersecurity education , human behavior , and awareness trends
