Responsibilities include reviewing budget estimates, managing FMS case funding, and producing program status analyses using DoN systems.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of budget evaluation, financial analysis, and accounting report verification.
• Strong analytical capabilities, spreadsheet manipulation, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate complex budget estimates for precision, conformance with DoN policies, and FMR.
• Manage financial aspects of FMS Case documents and planning of obligations and expenditures.
• Analyze budgeting reports to generate program status and financial analyses.
• Utilize DoN financial systems to process, reconcile, and monitor funding.
• Apply FAR and PPBE processes to align financial objectives with acquisition milestones.
