Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 3–10 years in budget analysis, and Navy tools experience (NERP, DSAMS, MISIL) with a solid understanding of FAR/PPBE.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of budget analysis experience.
• Experience with Navy/FMS budgeting.
• Strong communication skills to deliver concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate complex budget estimates for DoN policies and FMR alignment.
• Manage financial aspects of FMS Case documents and expenditure planning.
• Analyze budgeting and accounting reports to generate program status analyses.
• Use DoN financial systems to process, reconcile, and monitor funding.
• Leverage FAR and PPBE processes to align financial objectives with milestones.
