Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks a Leave Representative to administer federal and state leave programs and process leave cases. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Leave Supervisor in Corporate HR.

You will manage FMLA, military, state and personal leaves, maintain confidential medical records, and ensure compliance with ADA and related laws. Interact with HR/Benefits teams and provide guidance to management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience administering leave programs including FMLA and ADA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with employees and leadership.
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems; SAP/UKG preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer leave requests (FMLA, military, state, personal).
• Document and maintain employee leave records and medical files.
• Maintain knowledge of FMLA and state leave laws and related policies.
• Process leaves according to guidelines; determine eligibility and notify employees.
• Communicate with employees about leave needs; support through the process.
• Provide leave education to stores, districts, and regional management.
• Collaborate with HR Accommodations on ADA interactions.
• Respond to leave-related benefit inquiries and run leave reports.
• Perform other duties; weekend work may be required.
