Job summary

Family & Childrens Services is seeking an HR Leave & Disability Specialist in Tulsa, OK. This role administers leave, accommodation, and disability programs, acts as the primary contact for employees and managers, and collaborates with third-party administrators and carriers to ensure compliant leave management.

The position requires 3–5 years of HR leave administration experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong knowledge of FMLA/ADA/USERRA.

• Generate leave reports and maintain confidential records in compliance with laws.
