Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with additional specialized/technical training or some college.
• Minimum of ten years of DOT or FMCSA compliance experience required.
• FMSCA certified inspector/investigator or safety auditor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces DOT-Fleet compliance to FMCSA regs.
• Maintains driver qualification files per DOT guidelines.
• Audits DOT inspections and driver records for accuracy.
• Provides training content and onsite training on compliance topics.
• Represents organization in external audits and regulatory interactions.
• Supports safety programs and vehicle inspection procedures.
