Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year of related experience
• Knowledge of FMCSA and OSHA regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Audit driver qualification files for compliance with FMCSA rules
• Decide driver eligibility based on regulations and company policy
• Conduct coaching sessions with management and drivers as needed
• Maintain driver records in Workday and SharePoint
• Respond to customer complaints related to drivers
• Prepare reports by researching and compiling data
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
