Job summary

Mexcor seeks a Safety, Risk & Compliance Manager to lead DOT/FMCSA compliance, OSHA programs, and safety initiatives at our Houston facility. You will oversee driver qualification, drug testing, and hours-of-service records, while driving a proactive safety culture across transportation, warehousing, and operations.

The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and requires strong regulatory expertise, analytical skills, and leadership to reduce risk and ensure regulatory adherence across

Qualifications

Experience managing DOT/FMCSA compliance.
Experience with OSHA 300/300A/301 recordkeeping.
Proven track record in incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Lead DOT compliance programs across transportation and fleet.
Audit Driver Qualification Files, MVRs, medical certifications, and testing.
Oversee OSHA recordkeeping and facility safety programs (OSHA 300/300A/301).
Develop safety policies, KPIs, dashboards, and location scorecards.
Coordinate safety training for drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Prepare regulatory reports and liaison with leadership on compliance.
