Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an energetic FMCG Sales Representative to cover the Winelands region of the Western Cape, including Paarl. You will build relationships with retail customers, present and sell a diverse range of FMCG products, and achieve sales targets while managing accounts and ensuring product availability and visibility on shelves.

The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve defined sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and prospect new customers within the territory to expand market reach.
• Promote and sell the company's range of FMCG products, ensuring effective product placement and merchandising.
• Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
