Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Customer Development Executive to expand Colgate Palmolive products across the Kolkata and surrounding markets. Qualifications

• 2+ years of FMCG experience.
• MBA or PGDM required.
• Experience in distribution and retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure width and depth of distribution in the assigned zone.
• Implement Customer Development strategies to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with stockists, distributors and PSRs to drive coverage.
• Use data to set objectives for market visits and performance reviews.
• Train and mentor sales staff; resolve field issues and improve CP benefits uptake.
• Lead monthly/weekly meetings and compile required reports.
