• Execute Annual Sales Plans for states with focus on market share, customers, channels, and product categories.
• Achieve primary and secondary brand targets and ensure market coverage.
• Manage sales operations: forecasting, budgeting, monthly/SKU/distributor targets, and secondary sales achievement.
