Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Fluid Power MRO Specialist to act as the local technical expert, engaging with sales teams and customers across the Augusta region. You will develop accounts, present technical fluid power solutions, and train customers and staff on fluid power concepts and applications.

In this role you will collaborate with suppliers, read and interpret drawings, and coordinate projects within our US Service Center network to drive growth and ensure customer success.

Competenze

• 3+ years fluid power experience (hydraulic and/or pneumatic).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills understood by multiple levels.
• Proficient with MS Office and remote collaboration tools like video conferencing.
• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with local US Service Center sales teams to identify high-potential accounts and drive sales and profit goals.
• Act as a local fluid power expert, facilitating supplier interactions with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare and present technical fluid power solutions using drawings and documentation.
• Conduct fluid power training for internal staff and customers to share knowledge.
• Build relationships with supplier resources to specify products and systems that enhance performance.
• Coordinate projects with US Service Center personnel and contribute to knowledge bases.
