Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management for the Flow Systems unit. This role leads the SIOP process, aligning demand, supply, and inventory with financial goals while guiding a team of planners and buyers across Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Logistics.

You will shape forecast accuracy, schedule attainment, and service levels, while driving continuous improvement and sustainable working capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or engineering.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading planning, inventory, or purchasing teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading SIOP/S&OP in manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of demand and supply planning, MRP, and purchasing.
• ERP/advanced planning systems experience; Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, or Blue Yonder preferred.
• APICS certifications (CPIM/CSCP/CLTD) preferred.
• Experience managing both manufactured and externally sourced products.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the enterprise SIOP process with cross-functional partners.
• Drive demand planning, supply planning, and inventory strategies.
• Develop and monitor inventory targets, safety stock, and replenishment.
• Lead tactical purchasing and supplier performance management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Finance.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and succession planning.
