Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management for its Flow Systems unit. You will lead the SIOP process, ensuring demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial goals are aligned across the enterprise.

You will manage planners, inventory managers, and buyers, partnering with Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Logistics to optimize service levels and working capital while supporting growth and new

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in supply chain with leadership of planning, inventory or purchasing teams.
Proven experience leading SIOP/S&OP in manufacturing.
Strong demand/supply planning, MRP, and purchasing operations knowledge.
Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems; cross-functional influence.
CPIM/CSCP/CLTD or similar certifications preferred.
Experience with Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise SIOP process linking sales forecasts, capabilities, inventory, and finance.
Drive demand and supply planning, policy governance, and forecast accuracy.
Develop inventory strategies, safety stock, and replenishment parameters.
Oversee tactical purchasing and supplier execution to support production.
Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Product Management, Finance and Logistics.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team of planners and buyers.
