Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management for the Flow Systems unit. This role leads the SIOP process, balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and supplier execution across the organization.

You will manage a team of planning and purchasing professionals and partner with Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, Finance and Logistics to optimize service levels, working capital, and overall profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressively responsible supply chain experience.
5+ years leading planning, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain teams.
Experience leading SIOP/S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP/advanced planning systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

SIOP leadership: drive enterprise planning across demand, supply, inventory and capacity.
Lead demand and supply planning with forecasting, input from commercial teams.
Develop inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
Tactical purchasing: manage procurement execution and supplier performance.
Cross-functional leadership: align Operations, Sales, Finance and Logistics.
Coach and develop a high-performing planning team.
