Job summary

PurgeRite is seeking a seasoned SIOP Director to orchestrate demand and supply planning for complex hydronic systems nationwide. You will drive cross-functional alignment, optimize inventory, and report on key KPIs to senior leaders.

Lead the monthly SIOP cadence, balance service, cost and inventory trade-offs, and ensure on-time project delivery within budget. Strong financial acumen and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with order processing systems, inventory software and planning platforms.
• Proven ability to link supply chain outputs to financial forecasts and cost reductions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ill-defined problems and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly 4-week SIOP cadence for demand and supply planning.
• Present trade-off analyses to senior leadership on service, cost and inventory.
• Drive consensus demand and supply plans for units and revenue.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Manage inventory health and DIO with Finance and Procurement.
• Own KPIs: Forecast accuracy, OTIF, Plan Adherence and revenue attainment.
• Collaborate across Sales Ops, Offering Mgmt, Operations, Procurement, Finance.
• Implement and optimize planning systems and governance structures.
