Job summary

Xylem seeks a Supply Planner in Charlotte, NC, to drive end‑to‑end supply planning for the Water division. This hybrid role collaborates with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to balance service, cost, and efficiency, while identifying risks and driving timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate brings 4–5+ years in supply or production planning, strong SAP/ERP experience, and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize planning processes and KPI

Qualifications

• Experience with SIOP/IBP frameworks and supply planning processes.
• Strong ERP/MRP proficiency, SAP preferred.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights for scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle supply review across functions.
• Develop mid- and long-range supply plans aligned with forecasted demand.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to address constraints.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support new product introductions and network transitions.
